Grandma is visiting, and Lucas and I played with the camera while we waited for her to get ready. She has taught Lucas how to blow kisses this week. And she has been playing cars with him, using the table as a tunnel.

He is getting better at climbing and can usually get onto the sofa without help. We looked out of the window at some workmen in the street, and saw the autumn leaves on the ground.

Lucas took some pictures, of the sofa and of me. He is very interested in the camera. Perhaps he will be a photographer when he grows up.

We crouched on the floor and looked at each other under the table. We pushed cars to each other. When that got old, Lucas played with his bead maze, his current favourite toy.

Lucas climbed in and out of the laundry basket, which he found very funny. He took some things out of the basket, and then put them back in. He ran around the living room, laughing. And then he wanted to sit with me and cuddle in.

What a lovely morning with my lovely boy.

Indeed, a lovely morning! Dylan is also doing a lot of that headstand pose.
